This notice governs the collection and use of personal data by Titan Motoring Pte Ltd in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) of Singapore.
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), Titan Motoring Pte Ltd (“Titan Motoring”) seeks your consent to collect and use your personal data (i.e. Name, NRIC, Contact Numbers, Mailing & Email Addresses, Proof Of Income) in order to maintain the Titan Motoring registry of individuals and to disclose such personal data to Titan Motoring’s affiliated organizations where necessary (“Purposes”).
Titan Motoring will also collect and use your personal data to provide you information, such as and not limited to, Floor Valuations, Vehicle Sales, Vehicle Finance, and Insurance. This will be carried out by Titan Motoring & its affiliated organizations, which may be relevant to you (“Services”).
Titan Motoring respects your privacy and assures that your personal data will be kept securely, in accordance with PDPA.
I, the undersigned, hereby give my acknowledge and consent to Titan Motoring to use my personal data for the aforementioned Purposes and Services.
In the event where I, the undersigned, have registered my Singapore telephone number(s) with the Do Not Call Registry and wish to withhold or withdraw my consent to Titan Motoring with regards to receiving telephone calls, and/or SMS, I endeavour to provide sufficient notice to Titan Motoring of such, as soon as reasonably and practically possible.
I, the undersigned, further agree to indemnify Titan Motoring against any financial penalties imposed by the Personal Data Protection Commission or any court of law in Singapore as a direct or indirect result of my failure to inform Titan Motoring of my registration with the Do Not Call Registry.
I agree that my consent will remain in place until my withdrawal by officially notifying Titan Motoring in writing via email at titanmotoringsg@gmail.com.
This website uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel and Events API, to measure visits, vehicle-inventory searches, contact-link clicks, car-analysis enquiries and test-drive requests and understand advertising performance. These tools may share page URLs, vehicle search terms, browser and device information, IP addresses, Meta/TikTok browser and click identifiers, and contact details submitted with an enquiry. Contact details sent through server events APIs for event matching are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before transmission. After a successful enquiry, a hash of your submitted email may be retained for this browser tab’s session to improve matching of subsequent page visits; no raw email is kept in that session storage. Tracking begins when you visit the site; you may restrict browser cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences through Meta and TikTok.
